But, I'm glad the DO take appointments, because they are always on time and fast, but also taking the time to make sure you are taken care of. The only issue is having to make an appointment, which is sometimes frustrating and inconvenient. Tommy Evans ( 05:38) I've always had a great experience at the Apple Store here in Southlake. If you can request him for help with your device I know he will give you the best care possible. I needed help with my mac and phone and Julian Rodriguez handled everything efficiently. Kayla Holland ( 11:39) I meant to post a review a long time ago. I give the Southlake Apple Store a 5 star rating for customer service and technical help, and I say thank you to the staff. I have worked on aircraft for over 27 years in the electrical field and know it is hard to duplicate problems some of the times and electrical parts can break when ever they want to, even new out of the box computers would fail. I brought the computer home and plugged it in and it is working fine, at least for now anyway. True to their word after 4 days Kelly called and said the computer was ready for pickup. He informed me that they would need to keep my computer for 3 to 5 days to try and duplicate the problem and do diagnostics checks. Matt escorted me to the Genius Bar and he set my computer up and turned it on, it came up and ran fine. I took my computer in and was seen at my scheduled appointment time. Appointment was 4 1/2 days from that date, Apple stores are ALL busy around here. I scheduled an appointment through Apple Support. They get 5 stars Mark Wood ( 21:25) Took my Apple Refurbished imac computer in with power problem, kept shutting itself down after 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Aila Lopez ( 19:53) The new update sucks as of 09/20/17 Phone running slow This store is nice however. Even after I told the genius what I wanted it took 10 minutes to receive the product. 25 minute was not unbearable but if my product had not been in stock it would have been awful. David M ( 05:20) Worst Apple store experience so far. She agrees to put me in touch with an Apple Care specialist, so now back on hold with same terrible playlist as I'm writing this. Rude, unsympathetic person who says we just have to cancel the order. Finally talked to a real person but who is not at the local store. You would think a leading technology company would have some kind of plan for their local stores even if they have a heavy call volume. More than thirty minutes and a horrible, distorted playlist in the background. I am on my third long phone wait to talk to someone at the store with a simple question about my appointment that the computerized response does not answer. Mark Ramsey ( 22:52) Maybe this is not a reflection on the local store as much as Apple in general and I never write bad reviews but this is the most frustrating thing ever. Even set in on session about iCloud photos. Once inside my fears were put to rest when the help all dressed in Red and very knowledgeable about anything Apple related. Richard Stillwell ( 22:28) When we first arrived I was dreading standing in line waiting for someone to help with the problem. Don’t waste your time trying to get a repair completed. But that didn’t stop them from making me wait 2 hour! Why even make appointments if this is how you respect people’s time? After 2 hours this Apple store told me they wouldn’t replace the cracked screen on my iPhone 6. I made an appointment and showed up on time. ( pre- 6 release) Texas Red Raider ( 08:08) Nothing in the store can be accomplished without making an appointment in advance. I had an issue with my 5s, and left with a new one. What Others Say about Apple Southlake Town Square: Christopher Janssen ( 23:12) Overall, a pleasant experience.
